Change file path in Word 2007 title bar

I have Word 2007 running in Windows XP SP3. I want to change the Title Bar in Word 2007 so that all it shows is the name of the file without the .docx - Microsoft Word part. All I want to show is the title of the document. Is that possible?

Not unless you change the view in Windows Explorer (My Computer) not to show
file extensions (bad move, IMO).
