Change Folder List to Put Public folders at top

Exchange 2003 SP2
Outlook 2003

Order is:
Exchange mailbox
Nortel Call Pilot (voice mail intergation)
Public Folders

We want to get Public Folders to appear at the top.

Renaming won't do the trick this time. Any ideas?

I don't know of any way to control that placement.

it can't be done. if you use the mail pane and favorite folders list you can
add frequently used public folders to the list.
