Change folder of linked tables DB

MyApplicationDb links to tables stored in a separate OnlyTablesDb.
I would like that users could change folder of OnlyTablesDb. How is it possible to set in MyApplication VBA a new destination folder for OnlyTablesDb

And, if OnlyTablesDb is password-protected, is there a way to change password from MyApplicationDb
