Change font color in protected worksheet

I have a protected worksheet that I would like others to be able to change
font color - but not the information - can this be done?

Hi Dyanna,

When you protect with the password you have a number of options that you can
allow the user to do.

Check the boxes for 'Select locked cells' and also 'Format cells'.
