Change font color within Gantt bars

I have got to be missing something simple somewhere. In the Gantt side when
I make some text show INSIDE the bars I usually can't read them on most
colors cuz the font is black. How do I change this font color?

Using 2007, while you are in the View that you want to change (thes
changes only apply to the view you are in) go to Format/Text Styles i
the menu choose the 'Bar Text -Inside'

Then you can change the Font, Font style, Size, Underline (check box)
Color, Backgroung Color, Background pattern

You can do the same for all Text styles in the view from that same dro
down field in the menu

However, you might like an alternative. In Format/Barstyles..., the pattern
within the bar can be selected to be an outline.

you might also consider using the boolean fields to automatically
change bar colors. for example, suppose you want a blue bar for
design tasks, a green bar for manufacture tasks, and a purple bar for
test tasks. in the format, barstyles dialog you could set up the bars
as:
normal, flag1 (blue bar)
normal, flag2 (green bar)
normal, flag3 (purple bar)

you would then code the various tasks with the appropriate flag
