Change font for one field in mail merge

Want to change font size in one field only when I do a mail merge for labels.

Select the field, apply the font size. Toggle the field ALT+F9 and if there
is a \*Mergeformat switch, remove it. Add a \*charformat switch. Update the
field and Toggle back again to display the result.
