Change font size in table of contents

I am using FrontPage 2003, Frames and the Theme 'Blue Calm'

The vertical left hand frame is being used for The Table of Contents.

I wish to reduce he font size of the individual Title of Page that this
generates. In customising the Theme I have so far failed to find a way
to do this, but feel sure that the program should allow for this.

Can anyone please put me onto the right track, please.
