Change in % complete and % work complete

Hello,

Sometimes eventhough the team member completes his work as planned, %
complete or sometimes % work complete doesnt turn to 100%. Can anyone tell us
what might be the reason, please.

Does it go to 99%? I have seen this before.

Girija:

In Project, select Tools > Options
In the calculation tab, make sure that the option "Updating Task Status
updates resource status" is selected.
