Change in Contacts Smart Tag in Office2003 SP2

Office2003 SP2 on Exchange Server 2003

The Call option in the smart tag used to immediately display Business Phone
(as listed in the Active Directory). Now it has an arrow to exapnd next to
Call, and only then can we see the Business Phone.

Not so convenient. Is there a way to change this?
