Change in Table not reflected in QUERY unless you CLOSE/OPEN query

I often run a query, then change data to see what the impact has on the
query.

In access it seems I always have to close the query and then reopen it to
get it up to date.

Is there an easier way?

I tried F5 and refresh from the menu and all the obvious stuff.
