Change in working days

Hi,

When a resource[Team member] notifies multiple non-working
days through web access and same is approved, how can
resource selectivley notify that the reosurce is back to
work for period earlier said "non-working" ?

Is it by choosing the date period the mentoned as non-
working ? By any chance can Resource see thier own
calendar ?

Also, why is that Calendar update approved, still remains
pending in PWA ? and "Working Time update?" remains NO ,
even after approval.

Could anybody explain this behavior ?
