"change" list in PS 2007?

in PS/PWA 2003 there's the integrated Risks list and Issues list with
Sharepoint. I've always wanted an integrated Change list and wondered why
this isn't included since the main project controls are issues, risks, and
change.

In PS PWA 2007 is an integrated Change list available?

Also, does anyone know of a 3rd party tool that would work well in a PS /
Sharepoint environment as a Change Management solution?

No there isn't, but as PWA 2007 is based on pure WSS 3 with few ActiveX
controls, it will be much easier to customize the interface and add extra
functionality to it. A company I contract with is in the process of doing
just that, improve the Issue and Risk management and add a change control
feature. As you say, change control and Project software should be together.

FYI It will also be easier to add work flow processes as well.
