Change Look In Box?

How do I change the defalut folder in the Look In Box? I
am using FP 2000, Windows XP Home. Thanks for your help.

Hmm, what is a "Look In Box"?

When you click on "open" it shows "look in". Sometimes it
is "C:\My Documents" sometimes it is something else. How
can I set the default to a certain place.
