Change mousepointer to hand

Is it possible in A2003 to change the mousepointer to a Hand Pointer when it
hovers over a command button? I thought it did automatically, but in my
application it is not happening.

The only time I'm aware of Access automatically changing the mouse pointer
is for hyperlinks.

Take a look at http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0044.htm at "The Access
Web" for code to control it.
