Change name office is registered in.

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to change the name that office is registered
under. The people at my office are infatuated w/ their Excel spreadsheets
and tend to hit locking issues where the msgbox saying 'Spreadsheet is
locked by such-and-such', and since I installed most of the copies (and
employee turnover) they want all setups to reflect the current user of that
pc.
