change names to numbers

Hello,,, Is there any way to change names to numbers? example:

teresa donato
837372 366286 (telephone buttons)

I HAVE A BIG LIST OF NAMES AND WE HAVE TO CONVERT NAMES TO NUMBERS.

I APPRECIATE ANY HELP.... ... THANKS IN ADVANCE.
