Change Office 2003 from Spanish to English

I have MS office installed in Spanish, and need to change
the language to english. How do I do this?

Hi Dan,

The localised retail Office editions do not include
the ability to change the menu language, only proofing
tools for spelling and grammar in multiple languages.
