Change Office Assistant

I get an error message saying there is insufficient memory to change my
office assistant. I have a 320 Gb hard drive; 1.8Ghz processor and 2 Gb ram.
I am using office 2003.

The programme works fine in XP and i am able to change the assitant without
any error messages, but it simply won't work in Vista (Home Premium).

Help!
