Change photo viewer in MS Access

I have made a photo database and use hyperlinks to open folders with photos.
This works fine.
When I use a hyperlink to a single photo it allways opens in IE explorer.
Can I change this so I for example use Picasa photo viewer (or any other)?

Thanks for advice.

FollowHyperlink should use whatever application is registered for the file
extension. If you double-click on the file in Windows Explorer, in what
application does it open?
