Change Positive to Negative

Any ideas on how to automatically change a column of
positive values into negative values? I have over 4,000
of them.

Hi
one way:
- enter '-1' in an empty cell
- copy this cell
- select your positive values
- goto 'Edit - Paste Special' and choose 'Multiply'

Automatically? Or just in one step?

if the latter, put -1 in an empty cell. Copy the cell. Select your
column. Choose Edit/Paste Special, selecting the Values and Multiply
radio buttons.
