I am assuming that you want another project manager to take over and manage
the project and receive task updates from team members assigned to this
project. If so, depending on your security settings, either the new project
manager or the Project Server administrator should do the following:
1. Log into PWA
2. Navigate to the Project Center page
3. Select the project in any column other than the Project Name column
4. Click the Edit Project Details button
5. Set the new manager as the Owner of the project
6. Click the Save and Close button
Once these steps have been completed, the new project manager will need to
do the following:
1. Open the project in question
2. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
3. Select the "Become the manager for these assignments" option
4. Click OK
Completing the last four steps will redirect task updates from the former
manager to the new manager for the project. Hope this helps.
