Change Project Owner on an unpublished project? [Project Server 20

Hello,

Is there a way to change the project owner for an unpublished project? I'm
using MS Project Server 2007.

(I know how to change the owner on a project that is showing up in the
project center, but they only show up there after they are published.)

No, I do not believe there is any way to change the Owner of the project
until the project is actually published. Hope this helps.
