Change Project Server instalation

Hi,
at the moment I'm running a 120 days trial version of the Project Server,
but this week we want to install a peramnent server.
My plan is to keep the Windows Server and the SQL Server and only reinstall
the Project Server.
What do I have to take into account to keep as much of the settings (e.g.
enterprise global, ressource pool, the different seetings of the server, web
access settings and views...) as possible?
What will I lose for sure?
If someone knows anything else I should consider before or during the
instalation: I'm happy about any kind of advice!
Thanks
Thea

You might want to try these:

1. Do the backup of SQL databases
2. Check ViewBackup utility to backup your PWA views
3. Backup your Global Template using Project Professional
4. If you've been using WSS sites, then use WSSMigr.exe &/or stsadmin.exe
utilities to backup & restore WSS sites. (Check their command line help
options)
5.Try Configuration Manager (3rd party tool

What is the better way to preeced: Install the new Project server over the
old or first deinstal the trial version?
