Change Quarterly Information on Portfolio Analyzer

Does anyone know if you can change the representation of quarters in
Portfolio Analyzer? Our corporation has fiscal year of March to Feb. We can
represent that in Project 2003 but not sure if this can be done in Portfolio
Analyzer (Project Server 2003).

NZ Projects

Not sure about 2003, but 2007 introduces fiscal periods for reporting purposes.
