Change RBS value from Project Web Access

Is there a way to indicate the RBS value from Project Web Access 2003?
Or from some Web Part in Windows Sharepoint Services?

The problem that I have is that it seems that I have to centralize the
creation of accounts, given that users need an RBS value. I would like
to be able to delegate the creation of accounts. That is no problem --
except for the RBS value, which requires that users check out the
Enterprise Resource Pool. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, resource (and project) information can be edited through the Resource
Center (and Project Center, respectively). If RBS is set up as a required
field then adding resources through the Enterprise Resource Pool will
require a RBS-value, otherwise you can enter the information through PWA.
New with 2003 is the ability to staff through PWA.
