Change screen resolution so printing appears darker in Office 200.

In Office 2007 the display color for the type like in the inbox of Outlook is
lighter than in 2003. There is a place on line that youc an go in Microsoft
that allows you to change this "display" but I cannot find it. Does anyone
know what I am talking about?
