Change Service A/c Credentials not working properly

Hello

I like to change MOSS/Project server service related accounts password. I
gone through following article

It is giving me following error in each stsadm command as mentioned in the
article

Then I manually update password all the MOSS and Project Server related
services, now site is working fine. Hoever in event viewer it is giving error
in event viewer 7961,6641.

However in CA->Services In Server, If I try to stop/start any services, it
is giving me above mentioned error.

I try to udpate Shared Server Administration using CA, at that it is giving
me error "An unhandled exception occurred in the user interface.Exception
Information: Error during encryption or decryption. System error code 997."

However I can go to SSP, but whenever I click on Search Setting, it is
giving me above mentioned error.

I am able to access "Project Web Access Sites " SSP - >Project Server section.

Please let me know whats wrong I am doing?

You will probably get a better answer if you post to our sister
newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server. This newsgroup is dedicated
to the stand alone installation of Project.

please try running the Sharepoint Configuration Wizard.

I also changed the Project Timer Service in Windows Services to run as farm
admin
