Change SharePoint tool folder sync configuration

Is it possible to add / change the folders that the SharePoint tool in Groove
2007 syncs after setting up the tool?

Or must I add another tool? one folder per tool? one time setup?

I simply can't find where to change this setting after the intial setup.
