change sign in range

I need to change a range of numbers from positive numbers
to negative numbers. Don't know how to do a range at one
time.

If they are all positive--

Type -1 in a cell
copy it (ctrl c)
select the range you want to transform
edit>paste special> click operation- multiply then OK.
delete the -1 from the cell.

Copy this cel
Select the range to past
Use Edit / Paste Special / Multipl
After that, erase the number -
