change size of figure objects in many slides

Win XP PPT 2003
I have different figure objects in many slides. Their size are slightly
different from each other. When I shift from one slide to the next one it is
apparent by slight movement of the figure. I want to have fixed position and
size for them.
I want to make them same size. Off course I can go to each slide and change
the size to my desired size but is there any easy way to do that?
