If you have the correct security settings, there should
be a pull-0down list box in the upper right portion of
the page that allows you pre-defined views. If you need
additional views, your admin would need to create them
for you.

In 2002, you can add fields, however you can't remove or reorder the
existing fields. To add fields, in Project, go to Tools > Customize >
Published Fields. You can also change the appearance of the timesheet by
changing the tracking method for projects.
