Change template font

T

TFall

I have the legal pleading template, but would like to change the template's
font. Any ideas?

T

TFall

I need to know how to change the font size in the pleading template (not the
text added when I use the template). It's at 10 now, and that is a bit small
for me.

Thanks,
Tim

Change the font size the same way you change any font size but when you save
the file, make sure you do a save as and change the type to Word template.

The pleading template has numbered lines, 25 of them numbered down the left
margin. I don't know how to get to those numbers to change their font size.

I thought you meant the text within the document. Let me take a look at that
template and see if I can help.

Right. I actually need to have the printed document come out with larger
words. My eyesight can't handle a lot of ten point printouts.

I played with it a little bit earlier and I couldn't get it to change
either. I'm sorry that I couldn't help you with it - it's coded in somewhere
and I'm not a coder.

The numbers are in the header/footer layer. For Word 2003 and later, click
View/Header and Footer. For Word 2007, right-click the header area and click
Edit Header.

Well, son of a gun! I never thought to look there but I looked just about
every other place I could think of. It never dawned on me that numbers down
the side could be found under headers and footers.

Thanks Beth.
