change text qualifier for export to text thru automation

Hi,

I'm trying to automate from access a table/query to a text file. When I do
this, Access always puts double quotes around the strings. I would like to
be able to remove or set it so that the text qualifier is 'NONE'.

Is there a way of doing this? I could manual export the file and I can see
and set the text qualifier but I'm looking to automate this process for the
user.
