change text to hyperlink

Dear Folks,

I have had a database, and i insert a table from another database. one of
the fields was emails but the have had the text format.
There is anyway that i can change them to hyperlinks and each time i am
gonna hit on them, the link should open the mail from the microsoft outlook
new mail?
Should i have to use visual basic?
I tried to cange the format to hyperlink but it tried to open with internet
explorer. Can i make a change and open the microsoft outlook?
