change the from field that others see when I email?

I just added 2 new email accounts and I can't change what others see in the
'from" fie;d when I send an email. One account does come from "info" but I
don't even know how that happens. I have tried changing lots of things but
none of them work like I want.

Hi Liz,
Lock on with your account
Go to Control Panel
Open Mail
Services tab
Highlight your Service and click Properties
Under User Information enter your Name as you want it to appear in the
"From" line.
