Change The Sign Of A Range Of Numbers

Is there an easy way to change the signs on a range of numbers; (ie
negatives to positives and positives to negatives)

Put -1 in a cell, copy it,
select the range of numbers you want to change
do edit>paste special and select multiply

that would make positive numbers into negative numbers,
negative into positive

one way:
- enter '-1' in an empty cell and copy this cell
- select your number
- goto 'Edit - Paste Special' and choose the action 'Multiply'
