Change the thickness of the frame on a small date field.

I know this is entirely revolutionary because I can find no information on it anywhere. Still I will try. I am making a project workflow chart using the calander template. I have a small date field and I want to make that grey frame thinner. I have tried Format>line and what changes is a tiny line on the inside and outside of that grey frame. In-line help is totally stumped by my question as is assistance. I can find no information on changing the actual frame. As usual, I always want answers to the most esoteric questions (you know like "how do you change a color?"). I know they are esoteric because the answer cannot be found in help or assistance.

Are you using Visio 2002? There is a yellow diamond on the shape when
selected that controls the frame thickness. Zoom in a bit if you need finer
control.
