Change time default to PM

Use a 24 hr clock:

13:00 = 1:00 PM
22:00 = 10:00 PM

And a little trick that can be used is AutoCorrect. Say
you enter the times like this:

13+00 - the "+" sign is easier to locate and hit on the
numeric keypad versus typing 13 shift colon 00.

You can set AutoCorrect(at least temporarily) to change
the "+" to ":" and the entry will automatically convert to
an Excel time format of 13:00 (1:00 PM)
