Hi. I moved my BCM database from a user desktop to a proper server, as we
now have 5 users, and are starting to seriously add data to it and
performance was beginning to suffer.
We exported all of our customisations, and our data and the re-import to the
empty database on the new machine has gone well except for one thing. All of
the records have had the File As field, reset from "LastName, FirstName" to
"FirstName LastName"
It took us hours to format 2300 records to the way we wanted them. How do I
get it to reset back to our format?
