Hello NG,

I have found further information in the help of Project
Server. There are three methods:

"Indicates the current method used to track projects:
0 None (default)
1 Timephased actuals
2 Percent complete tracking
3 Total actual work and remaining work tracking"

Where can I change the tracking method?

Thanks

Do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Customize Project Web Access link
4. Select your settings in each of the sections of the Tracking settings
page
5. Click the Save Changes button

Once you have done these steps, you will need to require each of your
organization's project managers to republish the assignments in every one of
their projects by clicking Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments and
then clicking OK. You and your PM's also need to know that any task to
which progress has already been entered will not have its tracking method
changed by any of your actions. Hope this helps.
