Change website in FrontPage and view on PC before load to server

Sorry for the poor question. This is what I need help in. After I do
changes in Frontpage, I would like to view the website with the changes on my
PC, to make sure the changes are correct, before I post it to the server.
Someone set it up for me on my old computer but I haven't figured out how to
do it on my new one.

....and you can preview it in all the browsers you have installed on your
machine at different viewport sizes as well.
just add the browsers in FP @ File | Preview in Browser and at the bottom
Edit Browser List.
