Change widescreen monitor to show normal page size view?

How can I change a widescreen monitor to display normal view? When I am
working in MS office documents everything is stretched and it is difficult to
see how things are going to look when printed.

Sounds like you have your display set to a resolution that is not
appropriate for widescreen. Ensure you've installed the correct driver for
your display, and set it correctly.
