Change Working Time for the whole project?

Is this possible in 2003? With a project open, I go to Tools --> Change
Working Time, and in the For Box "Standard", but I can not change any of the
days.

Please advise.

If you are the Project Server administrator, you can change the Standard
calendar to include company holidays by clicking Tools - Enterprise
Options - Open Enterprise Global. With the Enterprise Global file open,
cick Tools - Change Working Time. If you are not the Project Server
administrator, the default permissions in Project Server 2003 do not allow
you to edit or create calendars. Hope this helps.
