Changeover from express to outlook

What is the best way to get instrutins how to configure to Outlook from
Outlook Express. Can I save my mail, and if so, can I import my address book?

Outlook should be able to import those from Outlook Express. Use the File
menu > Import & Export command to find the options needed

Use Outlook's File > Import command to import your address book into
Outlook. Use Outlook Express' File > Export command to move your
messages from Outlook Express into Outlook. This will transfer the
dates of your messages correctly.
