Changes not showing up on web for days

When I make corrections or changes in Frontpage, then
publish to the server - my updates are not appearing for
some time. The web host is stating my browser cache may
be full. I can view my changes in the web host software
and the changes are in carried over when publishing.
What am I not understanding?

Two possibilities:

1. shut down IE, right click the IE icon
on the desktop. Select Properties. In the panel
that opens, click Clear History and then click OK
Click Delete Cookies and click Ok.
Click Delete files, and click Ok.
and then click Ok to close.
Reopen IE and check your web.

2. Do you use AOL?? AOL caches
web pages on their servers. You have to wait for them
to update their 'cached" files.

Kalena,

Navigate to the web page after you've saved it to the server, right click on
the page that should have updated to get the menu, and from the menu select
Refresh or Reload while you hold down the Shift key. This will force the
browser to abandon any cached page and load a fresh version. If that
doesn't solve your problem, it probably isn't a browser caching issue.
