I'm not sure if what I want to do is possible or not... I
have a number of recurring appointments that I would like
to make modifications to without loosing my exceptions
(Ones I have modified, deleted, etc)...
For example
I have a recurring meeting for every 2 weeks that ends at
the end of July... I would like to extend the end date it
to the end of Oct (When Daylight savings comes into
effect)... If possible I would then like to change the
time from 10:00 to 9:00... If not then I would recreate a
new recurrence at the 9:00 time and my other information
would still be valid...
I have another appointment that happens monthly that has
no end date... I would like to set an end date of August
as the project will be completed at that time... I want to
keep all the appointments as I have keep information in
them as things have happened at the meetings.
These are just a couple of examples... Is there an
application that will allow you to change recurring
appointments without losing the exception data? Is there a
way to program the changes myself? What options would you
suggest...
