Changing A Directory in Multiple Hyperlinks

Over the weekend, our IT guys moved a directory to a new server. I have a huge spreadsheet that has numerous hyperlinks with the old server name that are now broken. Is there any way to do a "Find & Replace" command on hyperlink addresses for the whole sheet???
