Changing a FOLDER to a picture

How can I change a folder to show a picture when it pulls up all of the
folders? Is there a way to just change the folder color?

In Paint, create a object, give it a color, name the image "folder.jpg", save it
to the folder you want that color. You can change the name of a picture to
"folder.jpg", put it in a folder, it will become the folder icon.
