I have a dilema. I have two user roles: Initiator and DOCCON. The initiator
can do certain things with the form and the DOCCON users are the group that
closes the documents outs. The poroblem lies in the fact that sometimes users
in the DOCCON group can also initiate their forms. This causes the individual
to show as the initiator. This is not good because they need to be able to
complete the documents cycle without having another member do it. Is there a
way to change a users User Role assignemnt programatically???
I do have areas on the document that I could use to help determine at what
point an initiator is now in the role of DOCCON but I do not find any
documentation that leads me to what field needs to be coded.
