Changing audio file format

I have some music recorded with my pda in outlook "notes" and I want to convert it to a wma or mp3 format. How do I do this?

Try opening your "sound recorder" in the accessories section of your start menu. Just play the note file and record with sound recorder. You should be able to record a pretty clean WAV file that way.
